Who are you really?

Do you ever think about what who you are really?

And when I say that I mean, who are you beyond the labels you have?

You may be daughter/son, father/mother, brother/sister, friend, colleague, lover, partner, wife/husband etc – but beyond those labels, who are you really?

Its amazing how powerful the expectation of others can be on our ability to live the life we truly want.

We have labels, and roles associated with those labels, and these often control the majority of our life and how we live.

We sometimes forget who we really are.

What excites you?

What makes you scared?

What would you most love to do in life?

What things do you avoid like the plague?

What are your favourite hobbies?

What food excites you?

Questions like these make you think about what you enjoy, who you are and who you are beyond the labels we are associated with.

I want you to remember that you don’t have to live your life only in accordance to these labels.

Remember to consider all the things that make you YOU.

Those random, individual facts that make you different from others.

Those things that make you the amazing person you are right now.

And you should have the confidence to tap into those facts about yourself, and channel them into your daily life.

I want to hear what gets you excited!
