What do you think of when I say “the authentic self”?

What images come to mind?

Are they images far away from your reality?

Do you feel you live life as your authentic self?

Living authentically

For me, living authentically is being in touch with who I truly am, and living my life by those values.

My uppermost important values are Authenticity, Love and Abundance.

Authenticity for me is being in touch with who I really am, the needs that I have and spending my life enjoying every day in a life I want being true to myself.

Can you say you do the same?

Love for me is living from a loving focus, communicating in a loving nature and looking at everything through the eyes of love.

How do you find that?

Abundance for me is the belief that I can have whatever I want. That I am capable of creating the life I desire. That everything is within reach.

How does that feel for you?

Your values

You may connect with my values, or have others you connect with more.

Spend some time playing with values that stand out to you today.

Make the time to focus on you, to think about what is important to you and what values you want to live your life by.

To me, that is living as authentically you.

And doing so is so important, because it gives you power, control and freedom to be true to yourself.
